Before pursuing legal action, both you and Tiny Scholars agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by providing written notice and allowing 30 days for resolution. Any unresolved disputes will be submitted exclusively to the courts of British Columbia.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. Tiny Scholars may also terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach this Agreement.
